Butterfly pea flowers don't have a particularly strong flavor. Certainly not enough to overpower a reasonably robust gin.

Just filtered version 7 on this Orangeee and its addictive.
I was a bit furry this morn on version 6. :lol:

It is Mash, but then I add my bitter Orange recipe and steep for 5 days
Then i filter let it sit as long as I can resist, about 3mins, and taste. :lol:

Phew !! I thought I was loosing my marbles as I read through this.

Can not wait till Seville oranges are ripe in November
and I will make about 10 gallons to hibernate with.

The north Devon Chapter has arrived. Had to hide a 5ltr DJ fast.
They can hoover the other stuff, but not the Holly Water of the
Gaza . It will be preserved for England and ST George.
