I think you only make these comments to hide your un-dieing love which burns bright inside and you can't bear to be apart from her.

If you want an alternative to try I have used this, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TURBO-YEAST- ... 3552628?ss I split the pack in to 5 equal bags so a quid each, ferments in a similar amount of time to VS and smells pretty clean, still testing with this so dont quote me as being a tip top product just yet.
It's out of stock at the moment but is due back in soon so I'm told.
I have to say that this is a cracking find. I used a full bag designed for 50 litres and 13kg of sugar with 12kg of sugar to kickstart my stock and even the fermented wash was very drinkable as I accidentally found out while siphoning. I havent done the spirit run yet to assess yield, but after tasting strip run it's already above vodkastar for me.

The one I got is labelled Gozdawa 1410.

Edit £9 2 packets, which was probably way over the odds https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TURBO-YEAST- ... 2749.l2649

I forgot to report back on this polish stuff. I used each bag with 40 odd litres and 12kg of sugar instead of the suggested 13kg (sorry for typo/vagueness above).

I let it go slow at somewhere between 21c my house temp and 25c by having a sleeping bag round it.

One took about 10 days, the other 2 weeks but I was slow at catching that the ph had gone wrong.

I put it through the T500 with column twice about 2 weeks ago without filtering or racking etc and it is a fine slightly sweet (tasting) neutral.

I do have some vodkastar stuff made from a slightly weaker wash and will compare them if ever sober again.

Credit to Maker, this is very decent indeed.

I was chucked out of their Glasgow gig a couple of years ago.
I was well drunk and on the front row.
The twattish pogo style dancers kept knocking me over.
I was the amenable guy easier for security to deal with...

I had missed some of the kyrical content in this one...
Catch your drift..

Thanks for the recommendation.

I bought some from here.....

May I please ask how many kg of sugar and how much water you used for each fifth of a bag of Yeast.

Thanks. Michael.
