80 litre drum

Post by Mash » Mon Aug 19, 2019 6:58 am

Found this on ebay.

Looks like it could be a good fermenter, and has a screw lid. The big brother to my favorite youngs wide mouth fermenter.

Nope, don’t do it!
Poorly made, no food grade markings, and can’t get the chemical smell out of it.

Bought one, from the same seller, about 4 months ago, still haven’t been able to use it.

Hi

I've used these in the past found them very good to deal with but only ever collected might be worth asking for shipping quote they state if it's food safe

https://www.dvcontainers.co.uk/category.asp?catID=4

I've had 30 litres, 60 litres screw tops, 120 litres and 220 litres all good quality.

Lee
Deja pooh. I've seen this shit before :chart_with_downwards_trend:

Have to agree - I had already ordered. Arrived today. It will 'just do' for what I want. But it is not what I expected. Avoid.
