Still dont know how it is supposed to taste, but tastes even better after a bit of time passed; not bad for a first gin.
Actually had my first compliment on it last weekend.

Winner Winner chicken dinner.
Knew a woman that kept chickens, to lay eggs.
Unusual round 'ere, as we have more pikies than
Foxes and she gave 'em all names.
korma, dasack, madras, bhuna but they all had
the same Christian name "Chicken",

Tried this tonight with the remains of the salvaged neutral.
Yum, definitely one to be repeated once we've sorted out the basics :D
Even the non gin lover liked it!
Did find it was louching, even at 45% so we may experiment with quantities as assume it's been the orange oils causing it. Tbh, should maybe try mixing with oj then wouldn't notice
Thanks for the recipe

Yes the louche makes no diff to flavour, its the ascetic
appeal.Could well be oils, but tasty it is Jenny.

Jenny its makes no difference. I have a pot mug for my 'special' cloudy beers.
Change the rules.

..then remember - gin that turns blue is trendy ....... deeeeeerrrr
