I will 2nd that Platinum Cured is ok.

Thanks for the link SD - didn't know you could get it as edge strip. hmm.

I've never heard of platinum cured, or any other kind of cured.....only smoke cured...but I think that's meat or fish.. :lol: :lol:

Platinum cured is big in dairy industry. Super, super food safe
