Welcome to our little corner of the internet!
Without wishing to upset pot 'stillers, for sure, reflux will deliver a cleaner product faster.
Learning to make cuts at the right time is something you may learn quickly, given your previous experience.

Pot distilling is a bit more art and reflux a bit more science, so reflux for gin makes good sense.

Hello and welcome.
Where are you from, and what kind of setup do you have?

I'm From Kirkcaldy mate. I started off with a airstill then bought a 24litre pot still from prostill.co.uk and have since bought a reflux column for the pot which I aint had a chance to try yet.
