New forum - mashing

Post by Mash » Sun Jul 07, 2019 8:45 am

We seem to have a lot of people getting involved in all grain brewing, both for beer & whiskey.

Do we perhaps need a new Top-level forum listing so there is somewhere to put these specific posts.

Mashing is something I've been thinking about for a while. I've spent just over a year making loads of neutral, trying to perfect the recipe and end product. Now I'm at the stage I don't think I can improve on it.

I keep looking at the homemade mash tun and pans that I own for the purpose and keep thinking it might be my next project after a few sweetcorn mashes.

Sounds like a fine idea Mash.

You may be right Mash.
I posted in the beer forum tonight, but really it fitted in both camps.

If I find some time and sobriety, I will do something.
