Ended up with some lightly aniseed flavoured hearts that I\'m going to use for sloe liqueur, and some more strongly aniseedy tails that I haven\'t decided what to do with yet.

It will still have a small amount of flavor but running it through the filter will/should remove any lingering taste

Does anyone know whether it would be safe to do (Cherry liqueur 20%, Austins 21.9%) and whether it would taste ok (got to taste better than it does presently surely)?
Thanks,

W
