That is a hell of a name for a drink Benoit.
And I have not tasted this one Myles.
But I have had crippled Cock And Kneekracker
cider.

Strange how tastes change over time. For several months now Bulleit Rye is my preferred tipple.

Not tried knob creek but I have now tried both the regular bullit bourbon & the 95 Rye, I didn't think the regular was far enough apart from the taste of JD to warrant giving it much more attention but the rye doesn't leave that taste in your mouth that bourbon does (the one that makes you screw your face up like you sucked a lemon). It's not a complicated flavour like a single malt is but then it won't be aged for as long so I didn't expect it to be, I thought it was really light & easy drinking in a side by side with JD I'd pick the straight rye every time

How odd. I do like a bit of Knob Creek, but found Bulleit disappointing.

I'm glad you didn't say well rounded back end or I'd have spluttered a mouthful of good booze through my nose again and need another new keyboard.

Now don't get me wrong, she's no single malt & there's no way I'll be leaving Miss Glenmorangie for her but.....for a little holiday romance she is spicy where it counts with a smooth back end! My attempt at rye whisky went horribly wrong so it's nice to see what it's supposed to taste like!
