IMO, at regular price it is a waste of money for something that will be distilled. Used to make beer, it results in less of a cidery taste. But if it is cheaper than table sugar...

If by brewing sugar you mean Dextrose, you will need about 0.5 Kg more in a 25L wash to result in the same ABV.

I have been donated some "brewing sugar" (Wilko's own brand) - as it happened this was reduced to cheaper than regular sugar at the supermarket.

Given I'm using DAP, YOungs Super Yeast and 25 litre carboys, what ratio will I be needing of each, please, to run a wash through my T500, please?

How does brewing sugar differ in quantity to regular white sugar, please?
