Can you tell me if the pH is stated on the bottle and if so, what is it ? Thanks.

Yep, it says 7.5 on the bottle. I've tried to get a picture of the rest of the label for you too

If you are happy to drink it it is probably ok. Chlorine is quite unstable so heat, sunshine even leaving it open for a day will delay it.

If you have an essencia filter......

RO water can still contain trace minerals, but should lose chlorine.
Bottled spring water will contain minerals,no chlorine.
If I am diluting to run through the Essencia, then I use tap water and let the filter sort it out.
If I am diluting a made by me gin or whisky from collection strength then I use bottled spring water.

So far, I have always used spring water and have found it to be perfectly OK.

I've seen others talk about RO water which Google tells me is reverse osmosis water. Also seen people talk of using distilled water.

I buy Ice Valley water from Iceland at £1 for 5 litres or Tesco's everyday value at 17p for 2 litres.

Is it really worth investing in a reverse osmosis filter or buying or making distilled water
