We often have questions about "it's still sweet should I run it" and I got thinking.

I don't have one. TBH I can't remember the last time I did, my water is great.

Trust me on this it's sterilised, so that and no alcohol would make it easier.

PH is a good question, but would that change again when you make it up to a full wash with more sugar and water?

Suppose I could stop one and run it.

But with newly sterilised (IF THAT IS INDEED SO, MAY NEED TO RUN UNTIL BOILER IS HOTTER THAN NORMAL STRIP) wash.

As you say Mash, you would need to add
back the air that boiling has taken away,
but all the dead yeast would act as food
for new yeast. The Ph will have dropped?
I think? This is unknown territory to me.
