As far as I know, AirStill is what Still Spirits call it at the moment, mine is a SmartStill which isn't Still Spirits branded though is exactly the same - this is how they used to be sold in the UK, no idea if Still Spirits made them or if it was someone else. I *think* that the difference was that a SmartStill could be bought either as a standard water distiller, or a factory modified version which was far more suitable for alcohol. If I had to guess, I'd say they released the SmartStill in both versions to test the water and under a generic brand name, then when all was OK came out with the branded AirStill. Purely a guess.
EasyStill I think it the Gert Strand version which was also sold in the US but as you can see, things are quite murky. There's also a knock off version out there somewhere that someone mentioed once, Chinese thing with some slightly different features if memory serves.
