I may be able to get say 8-10 ltrs at 30% in there, but wasn't sure if it was suitable to run at lower volumes.

That will be absolutely fine Termite - I run those sort of volumes all the time when making gin.
That said, I'm loading it with cut neutral spirit, so collecting almost everything it produces as hearts, if making cuts on a charge that small the hearts cut is going to be really quite small.

The T is more for neutral spirits but if you chucked some in with a fermented wash you should be ok and recover alcohol but you're not gaining much

As for part filled boiler I wouldn't go less than half full or even a bit more

Remember as long as you keep things clean and airlock tight there's no reason why you can't store fermented and racked wash if you want to make up a full charge a day pr 2 later on aft all breweries condition beers for days or weeks and their ABV will be lower too

My washes are currently taking it to the Max line, and I've got some bottles of wine that failed and where I've started catching the heads/tails again - obviously a wash to use up those.

I may be able to get say 8-10 ltrs at 30% in there, but wasn't sure if it was suitable to run at lower volumes.

TIA
