Or you could keep researching and get/find a copy of the plan for the one that is made up from a bucket, bowl and fish tank heater.....(I seem to recall seeing them being sold for about fifty quid or so). It\'s not as efficient as a smart still but is cheap enough for you to have a go and all you need then is buckets etc to do the ferment and a spirit hydrometer, a wine making one and testing jar.
