In the absence of other advice I'd recommend mixing the essence with your spirit then add the base at about 25g at a time until it tastes right.

Hopefully someone with experience will chip in with some more specific instructions.

im going to be making the full 1.125 ltr as indicated by the essence bottle .

do i use all of the 260g of base pack b ?
