Don't make stronger washes make more washes.
Same result, but better taste/product and cheaper.
Kale wash about £3.50 a go.
Some of these yeast packs cost that much.
Or am I missing something.

It does work. It is a PITA. It is a technique for getting more out of a traditional yeast. Not normally a turbo.

You find an easy way. Everyone gets taken in by the bright lights of highest alc yeast. Many then find one of two ways, either a natural wash that gets done quickly, cleanly and suits them or vodka star seems to have a strong following.
