I used 4 jars, about 200g of brown sugar, a handful of crushed bran flakes soaked in boiling water, a pinch of pectolase (no idea if that was require) and bakers yeast.

It's bubbling happily away now and smells gorgeous.

I totally forget how it turned out!
I still have a few jars of said jam, I may have to try it again...
I remember it fermented like a monster.

I can remember getting hammered on that in Italy! Place called Reggio Emillia. Was there for work, LPG gas conversions for cars....by the bye.....I had a hangover for days...really ill....happy days!.. :P :P
