I took off another 2 litres which worked out at 54%, to that I added some Bourbon chips to mature for a month or two.
The rest of the run I added again to the strip I had for a neutral spirit run later.
5kg sugar + 400g red lentils + 50g Allinsons green tin yeast, left to clear naturally.
