iv read a few people mention stripping the wash and i don't, so I'm interested to find out the difference in stripped and unstripped spirit?
al.

Stripping is a fast distillation where everything is collected and no cuts are made - doing this allows me to take 100+ liters of wash and reduce it to 30 litres of 40% ABV I can then charge the still with this and do a single spirit run with 4 times the volume of alcohol from running a wash. Its much more efficient use of my time - you collect a load of alcohol, and the product benefits from a double distillation (1 strip and 1 spirit run).

Next step is to get a pot head to put on the T500 boiler to strip your wash then run the low wines.
