It was quite nice, SWMBO was more than happy with it :)

You could maybe flavour you own neutral with vanilla

Maybe some kind of mulled wine based spirit bursting with those wintery Christmassy spices and aromas?

I'm going to make up some Countryman's Gardens liqueurs like the chocolate orange one - nice easy cheat but I think they make a good drink.

I'm also thinking about one of my mad ferments - this time a Christmas pudding that I'll run through my airstill.

Anyone else got plans or ideas to raise spirits in the festive season?
