Hi Brian...

No, im patiently waiting still. The advice from the store did say 7-14 days so its just coming up to 7 days.
In the meantime, ive been doing other mods such as bypassing the temp control to stop it switching at "nearly compete" temps...(i found the boiler was turning off at 90ish degrees column temp)...so thats sorted by a simple rewire/bypass....
Ive done a full reclean with new white vinegar then alcohol run yesterday in the hope of banishing this green distillate thing lol...(i think that was my fault been to eager with an uncleared wash....
ill get some more pics up now i know how to do them....its such a pleasing bit of kit...im just refining things at the moment..

another new guy...ive actually made a post earlier after reading through some of the threads..theres some good stuff on here

It looks a great site - good people - no disrespect to HD but this place is more my cup o tea..

Im from Tamworth UK - been using a smartstill for 2years to learn the game - now just made a two inch boka and done a few cleaning runs and a sacrificial alcohol run - IT WORKS !!!

the airstill will be on ebay soon i think

im in need of some help and advice so please bear with any silly questions...ill post in due course..
