I take note, in the couple of runs I have under my belt now, of a quality I call "butteriness" due to taste and mouth feel, mostly, that shows up in the early tails. It's not unpleasant, but I'm worried it might be the fusel oils, or some other headbanger I've heard y'all tell of. What is this taste/smell called in corrected cutter's vernacular, please?
