Very dissapointed with my foray into Essencia flavourings. Again IMO (humble at that) they are not a patch on the other 2, especially the gin!

Prestige I find a bit too sweet but guess if I wanted to make them into a cream liquer I could just replace the sugar with the eazibase cream mix BUT can i go one further and use evap milk and if so whats the procedure and how much to add and do i still mix the sugar in as per on the flavouring bottles?
Still new at this hobby but learning a lot from reading the postings.
