Posting pics here does sometimes call for a workaround, sometimes it is simple and other times not.
Don't ask me to sort it, I can't

Robert.

Dunno - I just click upload attachment (Below the submit button) find it, wait for it to upload (I have skinny band) and then 'place inline'

Sorted.

I'm not sure the forum site resizes photos to fit automatically....Post image does...I've just hit the "add image to post" and it's gone to use the Post image app that I've now downloaded.

Is it not easier just to post the image here?

Looking good..like the ferrules makes it easy to store...the Post Image site has change over the last few weeks...they have an app now that makes it easier to use... I'm trying to get my head around it at this very moment..

For photos I use the 'upload attachment' button.

Then, Choose > Add > Place inline.

Thanks for the info Robert, the post image site does look as though it's had an update...maybe the 2 sites are no longer talking quite the same language? It's no great drama, just thought it worth a mention for those who need to know

Daft as it may seem, I can move this thread, I'll re-read it tomorrow and see if that seems the best option, but it does seem to be at the OP's behest,-
What I cannot do is sort the sites default photo uploading linky thing, only one person can tickle that bit of trickery.
And yes the Post Image site isn't currently working for me either, but I seem to recall that this issue comes and goes, and may be a problem with that site, not this one?

Robert.

This may also need moving to the build your own section now, I don't know who I was kidding when I put this down as storage...we all knew what was going to happen!

Finally some photo updates, to the top men who operate this site the photo upload thingy still isn't working properly & I'm having to go the long way round. I click add image, upload the pic then instead of coming back to the draft message it puts me on the board index page.

I'll get some action shots with it all set up & running soon
