I've had a "method" of making rum for a while, never got around to making it as the GS is so simple. I've saved some dunder from the last wash....but I have to wait for the wash that's in the ferm fridge at the moment to finish, then the next wash will be by this method. ;D

smells good.
After cuts ended up with 3.3ltrs @ 90%.
Watered to 40% ended up with 7ltrs. :) :)

I believe dunder is rum specific. backset referred to in whiskey, and stillage is pretty generic.

10ltrs @50% will water to 30 and run
fast in the T500 column on.
Should I add 3lts of dunder to keep more
of the wheat flavour ???
