I'm fairly certain the limitations you've experienced, in the past, were due to your lack of printed identification, logo, etc, on previous incarnations of your equipment :D :D :D :D

not signed so you can't blame me ;D ;D ;D

I've tested the circuit on some strip board this afternoon, and I can get it to cut the power to the still and sound an alarm when I blow hard into the sensor on its most sensitive setting.

I'm going to build a new controller that will incorporate this cut out feature over the next month or so.

I have been lifting the still to the sink to empty it, with 35 odd litres of pot ale, backset, dunder what ever you like to call it, its fairly heavy but not unmanageable for me a fairly young man to shift.

Time for a change.

Here is what I'm working with.

Stripping set up

End of the run, preparing to tear down

I cap the still and I pop off the pressure gauge
Image

I insert this pick up tube
Image

I add this tyre valve that I made by drilling out a SS dust cap, and trimming down the valve body
Image

I then just need to pump to pressurise the keg (slightly)

Then the liquid flows, even up hill to the sink, or like here to a new dunder pit.

I'm using cam-lock fittings on the still with EPDM seals, this is super quick for swapping out the connections.
