But one thing I have noticed is that some

bags 1kg of sugar are alittle more than stated

after measuring out 6kg I was left with 270g of

left over sugar. Don\'t know if that will make a

differnce but I like to be very precise :)

Added the 6kg of sugar, put my yeast and carbon in etc. Er...25 litres? How did that happen? Did I have a senior moment and put 25 litres of water in at the start by mistake? I guess I must have done.
I don\'t suppose it will matter will it?
