Followed by a couple of hours in a low oven before friends come over to help eat them.
I fully expect them to taste as good as the last "pulled pork".
Sous vide,blow torches and liquid nitrogen in the kitchen is not for me.
Heston Blooming whatsit eat your heart out.
I will concede that the sous vide strawberries on tonights UK celebrity masterchef looked like the DB's.
I remain a Luddite.
