I clean my copper bits, parrot, condenser, etc., with White Vinegar then polish thoroughly with a stainless steel scrubber!!!! Seriously! This gets a hard shine on the soft copper surface which has a deep lustre that lasts and lasts.

How much citric acid would you use? I've put my prototype on its side in an oven tray, with three big tablespoons of the stuff mixed with about 3-4litres of hot water.

But if any members want one I think £25 is reasonable

Not sure of the best way to clean them yet, I was thinking soak in vinegar and or citric acid before giving then a little polish and finding some sort of stand to stand them on, maybe a trophy base or something.

Price,etc.
Have you had as much to drink as me?
I don't think Jimmy would object to you trying to sell a bit of copper here.

I'm in the process of upgrading my still and to finance it I've decided to try my hand at making a few Parrots, here's a pic of my prototype and few bits for the next ones, I have enough bits to make 5

Image

I'm using 22mm for the main tube, the ones in the pic are 24cm long but I intend to make some smaller for the Airstill/Smartstill if anyone interested, the smaller tube is 8mm
