I recall the peppery taste of the flowers,from the early 90's,when we used to add them to salads.
Only just realised that we have none growing here.
Something to be rectified.

Nasturtium Gin

This barely counts as a recipe. Take a bottle of gin, preferably one you made Pick a handful of fresh Nasturtium flowers. Jam flowers into bottle. Shake, wait a few hours until you like the taste. Strain. Drink. It is quite lovely with a vegetal and peppery aspect.
