Many of my patients whom are diabetic and have had a skinfull the night before end up in a diabetic "hypo" so if this was a fasting blood test and you did drink the night before the reading obtained may be incorrect, this is not to say that you are not a borderline diabetic or even diabetic but it may just be enough to put you into the wrong diabetic category.

if you are well practised in your distillation cuts and maturation processes AND
you drink your product at a suitable ABV% and rate without a bother AND...

Then at some stage, you 'have a few' etc.....
Well, IMHO, you may well be 'light headed' when you wake up and perhaps even through that day....ie you may well 'get away' with feeling a bit lightheaded the morning after as opposed to sh#thouse (if you consumed some mass produced spirit).

OK, that said, please consider
STOP DRINKIMG YOUR ALCOHOL ;)
That way, in a few days at the most, you will know the probable answer to your question....
and +1 what Chill says, please take care, pay attention, if in any doubt seek decent advice etc.
