The hydrometers you have will be probably be calibrated to be accurate at 20degC. I would imagine that the distillate coming off the still is considerably hotter than that temperature.

Check the piece of paper that the hydrometer came wrapped up in and it will give you a correction factor to apply making the actual strength of the spirits a little less than the figures you quote.

Or there again. it may be easier to wait until everything is at room temperature, then the hydrometers will be a little more reliable.

I checked it again with a different hydro same reading, wow I am running this one at 55c. A bit slower than usual.
