So much for customer care. In the meantime I have tried vino-tinto's idea of packing the T500 with one copper scrubber and the rest with stainless steel scrubbers. From a 25 litre wash I discarded the first 250 ml (after a 20 min reflux) my total spirit takeoff was around 2.5 litres at 93%.

Custom build 8'x6' but 1' taller than the standard shed and they have to rebuild. So, next week before it arrives.
