To answer your question Toper.
Yes you have to do cuts, Fores are obvious as they are on a pot.
Early Heads the same, but by refluxing you can condense them.
Tails really do come in right at the end.
Example:- A spirit run 25 ltrs @30%
So we caculate approx 8 ltrs from run.
Fores 350ml
Heads 1800ml
Hearts 4500ml
Tails 1200ml
All figures approx on Kale wash 3x25ltrs stripped .

Gazza sorry for maybe a daft question but you said from 3x25 litres of kale wash stripped ,did you strip using the T500 or a pot head ?
and what was your total volume in the boiler from the 3 stripped washes that gave you your fores heads hearts and tails results.

*The product at 94% straight off the wash is good enough for me so I don't strip*

had me puzzled as a Pot Distiller.

Isn't a run without separation of Fores, Heads and Tails a Strip Run? Or, is there some way with Reflux Distilling whereby these elements of the distillate are automatically separated.

Excuse my questioning but, as a Pot Distiller, if I was to drink the distillate straight from the wash, as described, I would be drinking the Strip.

I must have it wrong somewhere.

The product at 94% straight off the wash is good enough for me so I don't strip.

With my 17L boiler that's two runs taking 8 hrs in total, I don't collect tails.

Over £250, add £80+ postage.
Add import duty and VAT. Something over £400 in total.
Add some questions from HMRC.

If I currently wanted one of these, I would sit and manually enter a dozen bids one after the other, starting at £250 and ending at £370.
Such a bid history would totally freak any competing bidder.
The extras that you do not want?
You will either use or can put back for auction and reduce your costs.
There is some extra value in the package you found.
HTH.

Robert.
