Been hitting the pina colada the last day or so.

Put down 2 X 1Lt peach brandy liqueur and a 1Lt apricot brandy liqueur on Wednesday. should have a DJ of each and one of plum ready in time for Christmas.

The recipe is posted here, somewhere.
Started as a Southern Comfort clone but for me has moved away to become it's own thing.

I make this all through the year when Peaches are in season, and freeze some peaches to extend the period.

Blueberries and blackberries have been macerating in 60% neutral for a couple of weeks....just let it down to 40%
Bloody lovely. The blackberry flavour really comes through at the end
