Gin I do at 40%. Any other "Classic" spirit has been made using a bought in essence and is somewhere inbetween. Apple pie or other fruit flavored tipples are usually around 25%. All of the above percentages are + or - a percentage point or two.

Learnt my lesson a while back made some limoncello @ 40% took it to a party almost frozen as it should be, noone could taste how strong it was. Neatly paralyzed the whole party in 30 mins flat.
