Yeah got the Beersmith code, I did what you said and emailed them direct, got the code within an hour :)

I've just been setting up the counterflow cooling, luckily the hose's attached to the counterflow for the cooling water fit the speed couplings supplied by StillDragon, I mounted it away from the boiler as I don't like the idea of it sitting on top of the glass lid.

Also I'm thinking for my next neutral spirit production, I'm going to mash 5kg of malt to make 20lts, Store it in 4 demijohns, then for each 25 litre wash, add one demijohn to 20 litres of water and 5kg of sugar with bakers yeast.

He perfected the recipe a while back....and was kind enough to send me a bottle of his called Pelican for a taste test... :) it was a brilliant beer, in fact better on my taste buds than the original
