Mash, may disagree with me here, but IMHO his idea of freeze stripping, for those that run an air still, has to be the best time saving tip posted here.
For those with freezer space to spare.

Sure is.

And if you convert a freezer into a fermentation cabinet (instead of a fridge) you get double bubble. Ferment it and then strip it.... without having to move/lift the wash.
