Hello all
I know it's not got anything to do with stuff we usually chat about but I wanted to share my good news. our local oouncil has given me an allotment after 2 years on the waiting list. There's an apple tree too, so apple based brews coming up lol

Where i live there is 5 huge bilberry bushes, although they take ages to pick..

Loads of blackberrys too.....

There is an apple tree near me which i picked about 10 for my parrot but they turned brown as soon as i peeled them, so didnt use them??
What you gonna grow then????????????

Fruit and veg for winw wash hopefully, and to eat of coarse?

That's brilliant! I tried to get one last year, but the waiting lists were unbelievable and they were in some very dodgy areas. Why would that matter? Well this is what I was looking to grow!

We got some seeds and grew a couple in a mates kitchen window, they came up quite big but sadly he ran out of cigs one day and smoked them! You're supposed to cure them first but he was desperate...
On the other hand, I have a garden now so this year might be the year of free booze and fags, dreamland!

Neither did I, but apparently you can! There's a video of a bloke on YouTube with a conservatory and it looks like he's in a rainforest they are that big. It's like Day of the Triffids!

I gave up smokin 4 years ago after 20 years of the dreaded cancer weed.... never been as healthy,although vodka took over .... lol
