Still thinking of a name for this one.An open letter to AM?.

OK,I am going to have one more shot at ending this seeming feud,before giving up,and putting on the gloves.
Previous Olive branches accomplishing nothing,let's lay it out.
It is already public,for the good of the site,let's put it to bed.
The other Mods and regular readers are aware that AM and myself sometimes dispute here.
Having recently learned something of AM's background,the man makes a little more sense to me.
And his reasons for not liking myself and my opinions,is also slightly explained.
Add the fact that a few years ago,another Mod took against him,and deleted a Gazillion of his posts,and it all makes even more sense.

Let me state:
I believe AM is a very valuable member of this community.
He has made many valuable and helpful posts here.
Some of his guides published here are invaluable.
The time that he has spent in the past,and continues to put in,as a moderator,along with the rest of us is one of the reasons that this forum is still here,and self regulating,by the mods that do what we can.
As the site owner told me,he himself does not have the time to micro-manage.


Now,I will state my biggest quarrel with AM:
Some of his posts say that something "must" be done,or "should" be done,when that is his opinion,and is not actually based on fact,just experience.
If he could revise his style of posting some of these posts,we could be best mates.
Suggestions,based upon experience are one thing,instructions based upon the same are another.
And as I have previously posted,I would still buy him a drink.

I can go no further,the ball is out of my side of the court.....
