Out of date Alfa-Amylase
Posted: Mon Oct 27, 2014 6:48 pmGot hold of a free 100ml bottle of Alfa-Amylase today, I was in a HBS in Stockport and the only Amylase they had went out of date in August 2013, the guy was going to throw it away, I offered to take it off him cheap and he gave it me for free 
Only thing is will it work? I'm guessing it will but I will have to use a higher dose as its effectiveness will have reduced, it states 2-4ml per 10 litres I'm thinking maybe 10ml+ per 10 litres, I'll have to do an experiment I think, anyone got any ideas if it'll be ok?
