Keeping the replies clean, can anyone suggest a use for them?
4 or 5 a day becoming ready from two plants, it is bonkers.
This thread will be heavily policed. ;)
Inappropriate responses will disappear.

LOL. I think you should stick em in your...

.. Freezer - just wash & lob em in. "Satseeki" [actually Tzatziki] is the greek yogurt stuff made with cucumbers. Really nice. BETTER you can make it all year round from Frozen whole cues.

Cucumber vinegar is good too - make the wine and leave it to the acetobacter bacteria.

Cut early, when they are small and pickle (think gherkins) - I have method & recipe if you require. Mini petita will pickle well.

I was looking at a method for making thin crisps out of them ...by baking for a loooooong 10 hours in a really cool oven, bu5 I can’t find it now! Bugger
Basically slice really thin salt pepper and bake at 158 Fahrenheit (it was a yank) for 10 hours!

I had been considering Tzatziki, had not thought of doing it from frozen.
Mash really is the man of the freezer. he and Ice fever should swap names :D
I always pickle some, but the crisp idea is intriguing, nothing to lose, the ingredients grow abundantly. :)
