One thing forgot to mention about last
nights run. Tried using an old filter bag
with draw string top(like a small hop bag).
The idea to use like a tea bag.
Unfortunately came undone in the boil, so didn't
really achieve anything, nice gin though!!

You had a lucky escape. When I tried that I proved It didn't work because there was not enough circulation.

Whilst we are on the subject of taste and flavor,
has anyone tried elder flower gin.
Just want a guesstimate on how much to add, or has
anyone a recipe to try and or play with.
