I've done a strip run and 2nd run through my Airstill.
On the 2nd run I removed the fores(50ml), heads and tails.
So, the third run will be in my T500 with all of the hearts I've collected.
How much fores should I collect?
I'e got about 23 litres at 30%, how much yield might I get?

Foreshots only need to collected once but as the T-500 is more efficient than the airstill, there will probably be some heads (and maybe tails) for you to collect.

I would still dump 100 - 200ml as foreshots.
Better to be safe than sorry

I would at least dump 100ml maybe more if it fruit based wash. Just to be on safe side. Unless you just going to water it down 40% and run it back through again then just collect it all.
