Methinks the same Robert....I've found a couple of sites that sell it.

I have watched videos about the making of it....I've made jaggery rum once and it does come out ok.

I've just bought the exact same product, any idea about how much to use for a standard 23ltr wash Ice?

My next wash too Brewhunter. after a GS wash nearly ready to clear now. I was thinking 5kg or perhaps 5.5kg.

Hi Brew...

I'm sure I used 5 blocks...I finished up with a SG of 1.077 if I remember right.

Just to make sure I would use 4 blocks...check your SG and work from that mate...if needed you can add another block then to get near the SG you want.

My record keeping leaves a lot to be desired :D

My Panela wash is down to 010...shoud be running by Monday. >:D
