That spirit when it came out on the final
run, was 94% and I don't care who you are
don't drink at that strength.
I think its fare to say we all talk of finished
product, something around 40%.

Remember you are using a T500. Its a mega
bit of bought kit, it produces high strength
alcohol when used correctly. Nothing unusual
to see 93 or 94% on the spirit run.
2.5 ltrs @93%= 6.2 ltrs @37.5%
