Ordered a Water Flow Regulator from Canada, its arrived! so will give it ago and report what i find.

I absolutely love mine!

As long as you make tiny adjustments and give the temperature time to react then I think these devices are brilliant.

I put mine in a stockpot and remove the draining bung. You can then run your tap into the stockpot to keep the regulator filled.

You can then also use the heated outlet water by recycling. I save some in jugs and refill the stockpot. Using warmer water in the stockpot is another subtle way of controlling the temperature.

Hope you end up loving yours as much as I do mine.

i have mine connected to the garden water tap i'm not sure about the stock pop idea but if its working then great. I've hot glued a 3 inch nail to the top of the water control valve so i can get finer control( I tried to solder it but failed). So soon as the wash is clear its going to get a good testing

I grasp the conception of the design, so i'm gonna try and make
my own with a tupperware container, mini float valve, needle valve
and an aquarium pump. I think i could build one at least a quarter
of the cost.

at first i wasn't liking it that much but i think i sometimes a little heavy handed. Being 6 ft 4" sometimes works against me. I must admit the more i use it the more i like it. Tiny movement is the way.

Tiny and patience is essential with it. Really love mine.
