Very nice to eat what you have grown.
We went to the garlic farm on the IOW a few years back, bought some 'love garlic' very nice... especially like the purple elephant variety...
grown a few potatoes and runner beans but the field out the back keeps us stocked up usually...

Don't grow tates. Just too cheap to buy nearby.
Poly provides all manner of salad leaves and summer veg. Thats my wife's dept. I prefer kale, leaks, garlic, hops and sweetcorn. All the sort of winter stuff that low maintenance good eating. Plant far enough apart so that hoeing/spraying is easy.
Has anyone build a netted Poly?

I still think the connector is a bit pricey, whereas I can see the value in the condenser.
But neither of them would take long to make if you have access to the right kit. Often the expense is in the tools for the job (think custom engine parts etc, the part is easily produced etc, but the machine tools to do that can be many thousands).....
Definitely thinking about checking into the condenser as I don't have the time myself. It'd fit into one of the designs I'm thinking of for my home build.......
