Left the JD honey for about 4 weeks, then
a cricket match on TV 3 mates turn up,
JD honey no more, and England won ;D
Rather have a full bottle in front of me

Isn't that what mates are for - drinking all the booze we make? Let's face it, most of us can't keep up with production rates ::)

Spiced rum is a winner.
Will be tweaking and tuning to personal
taste, will post results :)
